The Wholesale Coordinator manages relationship with key agents, driving UK sales for our jewellery and lifestyle brands. Marketing Manager

Permanent / Full time / 9-5pm Mon-Fri / Banbury based

The Marketing Manager reports to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing initiatives that drive awareness of Joma Jewellery & Katie Loxton and their products globally.

They manage three direct reports – Brand Marketing Coordinator, Wholesale Marketing Assistant and Brand Copywriter, and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on meeting multi-channel marketing objectives. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the marketing strategy, focussing on offline B2C brand marketing and B2B marketing activity.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • With direction and support from the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for managing B2C and B2B marketing initiatives from conception to delivery, delivering against the overall marketing strategy
  • Delivery of season launches, marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring a consistent message across all brand touchpoints, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Creating and driving the seasonal brand marketing calendar, with support from the Brand Marketing Coordinator, ensuring that dates are aligned with launches, tradeshows and other business events
  • Ensuring that all marketing activity is in line with the approved budgets set out by the Managing Director and Head of Marketing, and monitoring B2C offline and B2B marketing spend
  • Monitoring and analysing marketing activity and reporting progress and ROI to the Head of Marketing / Managing Director
  • Responsible for delivering B2B marketing initiatives, including; seasonal B2B marketing campaigns, delivering inspiring content for B2B websites and emails, promoting shows and driving tradeshow attendance, and maximising promotions
  • Managing the B2C and B2B content plans, guiding the marketing team in delivering all creative marketing assets, from initial ideas and concept creation, to delivery across all brand marketing touchpoints
  • Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Ecommerce Manager and Wholesale Manager to ensure marketing content is relevant for all digital channels and wholesale communications
  • Collaborating with the Design Team Manager on marketing requirements, overseeing marketing design briefs, providing feedback on changes, and approving assets for use, sharing with the Head of Marketing for sign off as required
  • Managing brand partnerships, including charity and sustainability initiatives, creating roadmaps for each project, and communicating with the wider business
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the PR agency, ensuring that the brand is represented in the best way possible, and that agency KPIs are met
  • Support the business’ overall sustainability plans and create appropriate marketing content to promote our positive brand message
  • Ensuring the brand story for Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery evolves and continually improve how this is portrayed across brand websites and through external brand exposure opportunities

The wholesale eCommerce Manager is responsible for managing the wholesale eCommerce team and an external development resource. Working with the Marketing, Design and Purchasing teams the wholesale eCommerce Manager will ensure websites are merchandised, messaged and operating at their full sales potential. You will also support the customer services and warehousing teams to ensure the complete eCommerce business is operating in harmony for our customers.

A commercial focus, strong analytical skills and experience in a similar wholesale focused fast-paced environment will be key.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily management of the wholesale eCommerce team and external development agency through Monday project management boards. You will be expected to lead by example, actively involved in merchandising, implementing onsite campaigns and managing feature developments.
  • Managing all operational issues for the global wholesale eCommerce websites. E.g. Postage rates and tax setup to integration with our bespoke warehousing system.
  • Monitoring key relevant metrics via analytics dashboards. Reporting to the business on a weekly and monthly basis.

(US Market/ UK Based)

PERMANENT / FULL TIME /8 HOURS PER DAY BETWEEN 10 – 7 PM MON-FRI / BANBURY BASED

An excellent opportunity to join our expanding Wholesale team in Banbury as US Wholesale Manager has arisen. In this role you will be working closely with the Head of Wholesale to deliver the US sales strategy and drive revenue and performance across the US market. You will be responsible for leading the US sales team and working with agents to ensure all targets are achieved.

You will report to the Head of Wholesale. Hours will be between 10am-7pm as required to work with time zones. Some travel will be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the HoW to establish and execute a clear commercial strategy for the US market to maximise wholesale revenue
  • Managing the US sales team and working collaboratively with sales agents to achieve company targets for retention and growth

Senior Digital Designer

We are looking for an experienced digital designer who will manage all digital creative outputs for our website, working alongside the B2B and B2C Ecommerce Managers as well as marketing and content teams. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will be responsible for the digital identity of the brand across the UK, EU and USA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaise with senior managers across the business to ensure projects are comprehensively briefed and then manage from concept through to delivery, ensuring projects are on time and on budget
  • Develop creative campaigns to engage our audience and consistent meticulous graphic design across all digital channels
  • Be a digital superstar, understanding the latest software and technology to bring new, engaging ideas to the brand
  • Follow direction from the Creative Director and Creative Manager to translate seasonal changes online
  • Support the Creative Manager on managing the digital workflow and prioritising of briefs across the team, suggestion ways to improve efficiencies
  • Liaise with the ECom and Marketing teams to review and analyse campaigns then feedback to the team on what can be improved in future
  • Working alongside the online visual merchandiser to ensure updates are made in a timely manner

Art Director

As Art Director you will be leading the creative to define, develop and deliver all company-wide artwork and imagery. This role will require close collaboration with the Creative Director to ensure the product vision is reflected across all visual elements of the brand and develop key seasonal campaigns. You will be responsible for managing the graphic design, artwork and photography teams.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director, Marketing Manager and Lead Designer (Product) to ensure company vision is bought to life across all touchpoints;
  • High level strategic thinker who can creatively look ahead to deliver key brand campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Digital design – Lead the creative development to deliver campaign graphics and imagery for all B2c and B2B websites, social media, email and advertising. Manage the digital design team to deliver all assets on schedule.
  • Manage the photography team including team of retouchers and photographers to ensure delivery of all new season product imagery, managing critical path.
  • Manage team of graphic designers and artworkers to deliver all wholesale assets, brochures, imagery and advertising
  • Responsible for delivering printed material– marketing collateral across all stores, window graphics and campaigns and events
  • Work closely with the Lead Designers (Product) to understand the vision of seasonal products and use this to inform the creative styling of photography and marketing materials including imagery and messaging
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns in line with the marketing strategy
  • Art direction of seasonal lifestyle and PR shoots, working closely with product team and photographer
  • Manage brand standards, positioning, messaging, approving materials including localised requests
  • Develop and maintain communication processes with the design team, enabling speed, creativity and agility
  • Ensure that the creative vision meets deadlines and budgets

Merchandising Forecast Analyst

  • Plan & Forecast sales and stock level’s accordingly to achieve sales plans for the season

  • Oversee your department stock levels and general performance by Store type
  • Participate in weekly trade meetings with Managers & Directors

IT Assistant

The IT Assistant plays a key role in ensuring that all IT infrastructure on site is maintained to a high standard to support key business operations. Reporting to the Systems Developer and liaising with our external IT provider, in this role you will be the go-to person for technical issues affecting hardware and software across multiple environments on the same site.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ordering IT equipment to required spec
  • Carrying out initial IT diagnostics on IT issues escalating where necessary
  • Setting up IT equipment for new users (PC/Laptop/Mobiles)
  • Migrating IT profiles
  • Removing hard drives/archiving old pcs
  • Fixing/programming printers/scanners in the office

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for someone highly creative with the versatility to stay true to our brand culture. Working across multiple brands, this role will be the lead on large format graphics for the business, from franchise stores to global event graphics.

Katie Loxton is a lifestyle brand with multiple product categories from a collection of handbags to fragrances, candles, scarves, stationery and more. All of our products are designed in-house and our market is rapidly expanding nationwide and internationally.

You will work with the graphic design team to deliver large format graphics on time and to budget. You will be responsible ensuring delivery of work to schedule and specification. You will be responsible for delivering artwork for use in-store, large format advertising, events and showrooms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide consistent meticulous graphic illustration + presentation artwork to design team with a main focus on artwork for large format graphics.
  • Take seasonal campaigns to develop a creative solution to instore and events graphics – offer new ideas, insights and techniques
  • Accurately respond to briefs and set up artwork ready for print
  • Work with designers from initial concept and content generation through to finished product
  • Create key seasonal and branding graphics for use in store and at events
  • Create key imagery for marketing team to use across multiple platforms
