FINANCE ASSISTANT

As Finance Assistant you will ensure the profitability of the business through high levels of financial control, supporting the company in its daily activities and growth plans through providing accurate, timely and meaningful information that enables Management to make effective decisions. The department is also responsible for providing exceptional service to Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton customers.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you are integral in ensuring that the transactional accounting of the group is accurately captured and that the core financial operations run smoothly.

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responding to accounts queries on the phone and through emails
  • Monitoring payments and approving sales orders
  • Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers across multiple currencies
  • Bank reconciliation (in multiple currencies)
  • Producing accurate and meaningful financial reports
  • VAT return preparation

Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join our design team. Working with the Organic Social Media Coordinator you will create engaging on-brand social media content across several channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.

We have lots of exciting things happening for both our brands - our Organic Social Media Coordinator will provide you with briefs to create fantastic content for. You will produce imagery and video content of products, events, seasonal launches, and more for social media.

As a brand ambassador for our social media, you’ll be creating vlogs, stories and reels with so being comfortable creating self-recorded video content will be required. You’ll capture, create and edit this content yourself so will need to have the photography, videography, and editing skills to do so (Adobe Suite and Premier Pro).

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Midweight Designer (maternity cover)

Permanent / Full time / 9am-5pm / Mon-Fri / Banbury based 

As Midweight Graphic Designer you will be responsible for delivering artwork for both the Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton brands, working on projects for use in brochures, online, in-store point of sale, advertising, and PR.

You will work with the design team and report into the Creative Team Manager, to deliver graphics on time, to budget and ensure that the work is delivered to schedule and specification.

This role will have a start date of the 12th of April, and be a fixed term contract lasting 7 months.  

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide consistent meticulous graphic illustration + presentation artwork to design team with the main focus on artwork for use digitally, across our websites and social media as well as in-store graphics.
  • Work with designers from initial concept and content generation through to a finished product
  • Creating clear typography graphics and messages for use online, in-store and on merchandise as part of our brand development
  • Create key seasonal and branding graphics for use in brochures, web, and point of sale in-store displays.
  • Create key imagery for the marketing team to use across multiple platforms
  • Be responsible for image editing, retouching and graphic layouts from concept to delivery
  • Work with design teams to collate all imagery and product information for selling tools
  • Provide digital catalogue with clear and accurate product visuals

Junior Product Designer - Accessories and Packaging

As a Junior Product Designer, you will work across our lifestyle brands, Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery. You will work closely with all our Designers to assist in the development of multiple product categories from a collection of handbags to fragrances, candles, scarves, stationery, packaging and more.

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactive support of Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery designers with creation of visuals to be on brand and on schedule.
  • Ability to create detailed and accurate spec sheets and final artwork using all Adobe programs
  • Assisting in the development of accessory ranges and ad hoc products accordingly
  • Creation of thorough and accurate technical drawings from the designers’ briefs
  • Creation of thorough and accurate packaging designs, assisting packaging designer

Ecommerce Executive

Permanent / Full time / 9am-5pm / Mon-Fri / Banbury based 

You are primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton retail and wholesale websites through administering, testing, monitoring and developing systems in order to provide an excellent experience to internal and external customers.

You are also responsible for all technical aspects of the site and liaising with other departments to deliver an online proposition that fully supports the brand. This includes working with the Design and Marketing teams on the front end of the site, the Customer Service and Operations team to ensure best customer experience and the IT Systems team to ensure seamless integration between back end systems.

In this role you report to the wholesale eCommerce Manager with an indirect reporting line to the retail eCommerce Manager.

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing and inputting product data for bulk upload to websites
  • Ensuring that product information and metadata is maintained in line with QS requirements
  • Review and report on order statuses, ensure that the Warehouse is running to schedule for orders
  • Setup and maintain website discounts via cart price and catalogue price rules
  • Ensuring website content is up to date and maintained in line with marketing calendar

Ecommerce Manager

Permanent / Full time / 9am-5pm / Mon-Fri / Banbury based 

You will take ownership for all Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton wholesale websites, in the UK and internationally, and manage a team to deliver a best in class online experience and ensuring sites are performing against targets.

You are responsible for managing the wholesale eCommerce team and an external development resource. Working with the Marketing, Design and Purchasing teams, you will ensure websites are merchandised, messaged and operating at their full sales potential. You will also support the customer services and warehousing teams to ensure the complete eCommerce business is operating in harmony for our customers.

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily management of the wholesale eCommerce team and external development agency through Monday project management boards. You will be expected to lead by example, actively involved in merchandising, implementing onsite campaigns and managing feature developments.
  • As above, daily management of the retail ecommerce team on a temporary basis, supporting the handover of this team to the retail eCommerce manager in due course.
  • Project manage all onsite trading activity, defining project milestones and communicating with stakeholders throughout the business.
  • Managing all operational issues for the global wholesale eCommerce websites. E.g. Postage rates and tax setup to integration with our bespoke warehousing system.
  • Monitoring key relevant metrics via analytics dashboards. Reporting to the business on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Analysing the onsite customer journey, identifying trends such as highly converting pages, bounce rates and problem exit points then work with the wholesale eCommerce team to implement fixes to continuously development wholesale websites with a focus on increasing conversions and improving the user experience.
  • Ensuring that sites are at all times updated with scalability and adaptability in mind. Future proofing catalogue setup for international expansion and the unique wholesale business needs.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure the online business works in synergy with other areas of the business, helping to maximise opportunities across all channels.
  • Ensuring that all direct marketing campaigns are properly tracked and analysed.
  • Managing and developing the wholesale eCommerce team and working with wider teams to drive our online business forward throughout the world.

Videographer

Permanent / Full time / 9am-5pm / Mon-Fri / Banbury based 

As Videographer you work alongside a team of designers and report directly to the Creative Manager. You are responsible for delivering photography and videography in the form of branded, short-form videos from concept to delivery.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning and presenting pre-production material from pitching concepts and ideas to delivery (campaigns, products and web content)
  • Working as the sole videographer, handling sound and video
  • Editing to a professional standard for use in-store, at events and on social media
  • Creating motion graphics, editing audio to a basic level
  • Shoot all ecommerce video product shots
  • Shoot all behind the scenes content campaigns
  • Shoot events, store openings, press and PR events

Warehouse HR Coordinator

As Operations HR Coordinator you will support the Operations department with the implementation of HR processes. You will continually improve the Employee Experience for, and provide HR support to, all levels of the Operations team.

You seek to continuously improve the HR function within the Operations team through using your initiative to consider where true efficiencies can be made within processes, while maintaining/enhancing quality.

Finance Operations Manager

Permanent / Full time / 9am-5pm / Mon-Fri / Banbury based 

The Finance function ensures the profitability of the business through high levels of financial control and supports the company in its daily activities and growth plans through providing accurate, timely and meaningful information that enables Management to make effective decisions. The department is also responsible for providing exceptional service to Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton customers.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you are integral in ensuring that the transactional accounting of the group is accurately captured and that the customer service provided by the department is of the highest level.

You will have 3 direct reports, two Finance Assistants and the in-house Credit Controller. This encapsulates managing their workload, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently whilst providing support and guidance daily. There is also a Finance Assistant situated within our US office which will be an indirect report but will fall under the remit of this role in relation to process management and integrity of the transactions to ensure consistency within the group.

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the operations of the Finance team, ensuring best practice and data security at all times
  • Managing the workload and quality of work completed by Finance Assistants
  • Oversee the transactional processes, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Maintaining & monitoring sales and purchase ledgers across multiple currencies

As our Online Customer Experience Manager, you will lead and coordinate the Joma Jewellery & Katie Loxton Retail Customer Experience Team to deliver excellent customer service. You’ll bring previous experience that will allow you to continually develop our processes, as well as guiding your staff in matters relating to work, training and development. You’ll also work with other managers across the business to develop the department and business through continuous improvement.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Driving continuous improvement of the team through on the job training and guidance
  • Setting and upholding exceptional customer service levels and dealing with escalated calls
  • Coordinating the customer experience team to meet group goals and targets
  • Working with other managers across the business to raise the profile of retail customer experience and further develop cross functional processes

Senior Online Visual Merchandiser

The Ecommerce Team’s mission is to create an online shop window which personifies both the Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery brands. We provide a platform that allows customers to explore and discover the full range of products on a well-designed, user friendly website, providing them with confidence in every interaction, with the aim of building brand loyalty and happy customers. As the Senior Online Visual Merchandiser you will be primarily responsible for ensuring a best in class user experience across all Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery retail and wholesale websites. You will also guide and support the development of eCommerce Merchandisers junior to you, as requested by the eCommerce Manager, whom you also report to.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring products are merchandised to an exceptional standard, with on brand photography and copy communicating key and relevant sales messages to consumers.
  • Ensuring all product taxonomy, categorisation and meta-data is present and correct and that products are on-boarded and removed in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring and improving conversion, AOVs and retention.

COMPETENCIES

  • Experience of using a website CMS within a similar role
  • Experience of a retail background, ideally the fashion/lifestyle/jewellery sectors
  • Previous experience of using Magento would be beneficial

Print Coordinator

Permanent / Full time / 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm Mon-Fri / Banbury based 

As the Print Coordinator, you are responsible for printing, foiling and cutting of our bespoke packaging and products, mass production of new seasons’ artwork and ad hoc marketing materials ensuring quality is maintained, design specifications followed and jobs are done in timely manner. You work closely with key members of the Design Team and report to the Head of Operations.

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Setting up CANON C710 printer ensuring settings and files are correct and ensuring the correct paper is being used for each job
  • Operating Matrix Pneumatic and Matrix Omni-Flow Deep-Pile Feeder for foiling/laminating and VeloBlade for cutting
  • Processing multiple jobs daily ensuring timely execution, managing workflow and communicating with other teams on timescales
  • Preparing printed materials for stock as well as events, from one-offs to mass production
  • Monitoring stock levels of consumables (paper, foil, blades etc), liaising with Purchasing Team when restocking is needed
  • General cleaning and maintenance of machines and working areas at the end of each shift
  • Ad hoc duties to aid the effective running of the production department.
