We are looking for an experienced digital designer who will manage all digital creative outputs for our website, working alongside the B2B and B2C Ecommerce Managers as well as marketing and content teams. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will be responsible for the digital identity of the brand across the UK, EU and USA.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaise with senior managers across the business to ensure projects are comprehensively briefed and then manage from concept through to delivery, ensuring projects are on time and on budget
  • Develop creative campaigns to engage our audience and consistent meticulous graphic design across all digital channels

Graphics Team Assistant

Permanent / Full time / 9-5pm Mon-Fri / Banbury based

You’ll join the product design team as a key member to support on the overall buying and commercial plan across Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery with the aim of meeting/exceeding sales and profit targets. You’ll work on quality assurance, design specifications and suppliers to ensure the perfect product for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

An exciting opportunity to be part of a growing brand that is a leader in its space. Your time will be split across the design (70%) and marketing (30%) teams, working directly with our Design Team Manager, Marketing Manager and Creative Manager to deliver to support the design team across both Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery. You will be required to ensure that the design team are supported with the materials they need on a daily basis. The nature of this role means working across the business and there is potential for this person to take on more responsibility as the company grows.

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the design team with key tasks, including:
  • Liaising with the design team manager to order and fulfil all print orders for the UK and USA
  • Supporting the design team with stock orders – e.g. ordering and returns of stock for photoshoots
  • Preparing for photoshoot and being a runner during shoot
  • Preparing stock data for design documents
  • Ensuring meeting rooms and photography studio are kept presentable – awareness of VIP meetings a month in advance to prepare for prospect meetings

As Data Coordinator you are responsible for maintaining all stock and customer pricing master data on all systems within the business. You are responsible for ensuring all correct master data rules for set up of new products are adhered to within the business and that all master data is continuously kept up to date and accurate. You manage and create processes to ensure stock master data is accurate and manage processes to ensure purchasing and logistical data is kept up to date.

B2B Marketing Manager

We are looking for an B2B Marketing Manager to take responsibility for developing and implementing the seasonal B2B marketing strategy for new product launches and on-going evergreen support of our franchises and stockists. This exciting role, bridging the brand marketing objectives with the internal and external wholesale goals, covers the UK, USA and EU. Events & Tradeshows

· Ensure that we are optimising the events by driving our B2B customer base to relevant shows

· Look at relevant marketing opportunities pre and during shows

· Working with design, sales and marketing to ensure the relevant marketing material is at the events

 

Ecommerce

· Optimise B2B ecommerce with best in class asset delivery, securing online placements, and ensuring all marketing efforts are omni-channel in approach.

· Offer support to the global marketing team ensuring local needs and strategies are considered, and B2B ecommerce and retail assets are briefed.

Analysis
