eCommerce Merchandiser

Permanent / Full time / 9-5pm Mon-Fri / Banbury based

As part of the eCommerce team, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring a best in class user experience across all Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery retail and wholesale websites.

Frontend focused but highly competent using a website content management systems, you will be passionate about promoting our products with love, care and attention to detail. You will work with our Marketing and Design teams to merchandise new and existing products and categories.

You will need to understand and utilise insight from analytical tools to deliver effortless customer journeys, identify bestsellers, underperforming and high stock lines and provide a VM approach that maximises sales. Identify refinements that can be made to PLP and PDP pages, on-site search, navigation, categorisation and filtering to optimise user experience will be key in the success of this role.

You will be the point of contact for all front end enquiries, liaising with other departments to deliver an online proposition that fully supports the brand and helps us to achieve ambitious business goals.

Both creative and analytical in equal measure you will have a strong eye for design and detail. Able to deal with multiple tasks, maintaining a high level of accuracy. Computer literate with excellent Excel skills. You will be commercially aware with strong business acumen.

You will be Degree educated and/or have a minimum of two years’ experience working in a visual merchandising retail eCommerce role, experience in the jewellery or fashion sector would be advantageous.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring products are merchandised to an exceptional standard, with on brand photography and copy communicating key and relevant sales messages to consumers.
  • Ensuring all product taxonomy, categorisation and meta-data is present and correct and that products are on-boarded and removed in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring and improving conversion, AOVs and retention.
  • Mapping user journeys through each website to improve the customer experience.
  • QA testing website updates across multiple operating systems and devices.
  • Collaborating with Marketing & Design on site-wide updates.
  • Liaising with external developers.
  • Ensuring that stock levels and pricing is up-to-date at all times.
  • Supporting marketing activity and campaigns, including email.
  • Assisting with reporting and website analytics using tools such as GA, GTM, HotJar etc…
  • Supporting the E-Commerce Manager/Management with any ad-hoc tasks.

Image Retoucher

An opportunity to join our rapidly growing Design Team as an Image Retoucher has arisen. In this position you will work directly with our Photographer and Creative Brand Manager to deliver product and lifestyle images on time for our Joma Jewellery brand.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide consistent meticulous retouching of product, model and lifestyle images – ability to colour correct, crop, cut-out
  • Bringing innovation and best practice to the team and constantly generating new ideas
  • Time management, feeding back any problematic images to ensure delivery dates are met
  • Work collaboratively with the design and content team to ensure that all design activities align to their project road-map and deliverables
  • Crop images and maintain file size specification guidelines
  • Manage database of images, ensuring it is kept up to date and clearly labelled at all times
  • Take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of our digital design assets
  • Carry out ad hoc duties within department when required

Junior Digital Designer

You will work directly with our Design Team Manager, Digital Designer and Creative Director to deliver digital graphics on time and to budget. You will be responsible for delivering digital artwork for use across the website, social media, email and advertising.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide consistent meticulous graphic illustration + presentation artwork to the design team
  • Creating clear typography graphics and messages for use online, as part of our brand development.
  • Create key seasonal and branding graphics for use on the web, email and social
  • Maintain comprehensible digital asset library of graphic artwork
  • Follow seasonal department calendars and be accountable for delivering to critical path
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of artwork and digital production specifications
  • Taking projects from concept to completion
  • Assist the wider graphic design team when needed, e.g. creating product and lifestyle imagery for use in brochures, web campaigns and social media. Ensuring work is delivered on time and to specification.

Midweight Graphic Designer

An opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that retails products across Europe and the US. You will work directly with our Lead Designer, Design Team Manager and Creative Director to deliver graphics on time and to budget with our critical path. You will be responsible for delivering artwork for use in brochures, online, the point of sale, advertising and PR. You must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience and a design related degree.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide consistent meticulous graphic illustration and presentation artwork to the design team with a specific focus on POS, packaging, marketing, brochures, catalogues and printed materials.
  • In addition to designing in 2D, the applicant should have strong 3D skills to propose structural concepts, with the ability to create physical mock-ups
  • Develop designs from initial concept and content generation through to the finished product
  • Creating clear typography graphics and messages for use online, in-store and on merchandise as part of our brand development.
  • Create key seasonal and branding graphics for use in brochures, web, and point of sale in-store displays.
  • Create key imagery for a marketing team to use across multiple platforms

Email Marketing Executive

Permanent / Full time / 9-5pm Mon-Fri / Banbury based

Due to expansion, we are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing Team at our head office in Banbury. In this exciting role, you will have responsibility for the building and sending of B2C and B2B email campaigns across all territories for both the Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton brands. You will be someone who is highly analytical and enthusiastic about all the possibilities this new position in our fast-growing, collaborative Company represents.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and send all B2C and B2B emails for all territories.
  • Ensure we meet Email revenue targets and circulate weekly email reporting, providing in-depth analysis on email KPIs, including open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue and unsubscribe rates.
  • Test all newsletters before sending to ensure the layout is responsive with different devices and email providers.
  • Feedback performance analysis to the Marketing Assistant, to ensure email content is briefed in line with performance.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager, to devise and execute CRM strategies to improve customer retention and repeat purchase, introducing a more strategic approach to active, lapsing and lapsed customers.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to create, implement and optimise a bespoke lifecycle programme, including but not limited to; creating a welcome series to introduce and incentivise new customers; identifying and rewarding our VIP customers.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to introduce a bespoke loyalty scheme for key customers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure traffic-driving initiatives are being implemented to support database growth targets and integrate sign up initiatives.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce team to ensure the database is clean and correct and the data flow is working as it should do.
  • Be proactive in staying abreast of industry trends, making recommendations to continually improve and evolve our Email and CRM strategies.
  • Be willing to support on broader brand marketing projects if required.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • At least 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail environment
  • Previous experience using Mailchimp, or a similar ESP
  • Good understanding of HTML for email
  • Very good understanding of GDPR in relation to email and customer data processes
  • Highly analytical, with a flair for using data to make recommendations and implement new initiatives
  • An understanding of all digital marketing channels and willingness to support in other areas where required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Purchasing & Stock Analyst

Permanent / Full time / 9-5pm Mon-Fri / Banbury based

Due to expansion we are looking for a Purchasing and Stock Analyst to join our vibrant head office team in Banbury.

In this fast-paced role you will be responsible for forecasting stock requirements across both our brands, using all available data, product and business knowledge in order to purchase accordingly.

We are looking for someone who loves the data side of this highly analytical position and is also a confident communicator and negotiator.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Forecasting sales for owned ranges or product to enable purchasing decisions
  • Analysis of stock levels and sales to ensure stock is purchased to keep a good level of availability while not overstocking
  • Maintain regular frequency of reviewing stock levels and the need to purchase
  • Planning requirements in advance of key dates. Trade shows, agent samples and new season launch
  • Regular ad hoc analysis as and when required by the business
  • Administrative duties within department when necessary to include but not exclusive to Checking pro forma invoices, checking and creating packing lists
  • Placing purchase orders with suppliers and maintaining them on QuickStock
  • Working closely with suppliers to ensure they are aware of our requirements and expectations
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure all relevant information is obtained and shared
  • Continuously seeking to improve efficiency of processes and accuracy of information

In this role, you will manage our existing Customer Experience Wholesale team, covering multiple markets for both brands to create an exceptional experience for our customers. You will be driven to achieve departmental success, leading the team to effectively manage relationships with agents and stockists as an ambassador for the team.

You will proactively develop the department, with customer experience delivery and commercial awareness as your core drivers. You will work closely with other managers across the business to drive Company success while delivering exceptional customer service.

Production Supervisor

As our Production Supervisor you will lead and inspire the Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton Production Teams to achieve Company targets and quality standards. You will be someone who enjoys getting the best out your staff and thrives in a growth environment where you can apply lean methodologies to achieve continuous improvement. In this fast-paced role, you will report to the operations Manager and collaborate with other Supervisors across Operations to maximise efficiency and ensure excellent people management.

ROLE 

  • Supervising and coordinating the picking and packing teams, ensuring individual and team targets are hit across both brands
  • Liaising with Operations Manager daily, reporting on targets and any operational issue
  • Having a holistic view of all reporting departments requirements and setting out plans to maximise output to achieve the required targets and goals. Managing through the department’s heads
  • Realigning staff to different areas of production as required, communicating those changes to other key supervisors
  • Working with the other Supervisors to highlight training needs of staff and support with staff reviews and development plans
  • Updating the production planner with holidays, staffing per area and production and QC figures each day
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the Production teams on both brands, working to resolve any minor HR issues and escalating when required
  • Conducting appraisals with SMART objective
  • Driving efficiencies and accuracy in the picking and packing process, highlighting and eliminating time wasted and time lost activities. Also minimising the high risk tasks and behaviour
  • Ensuring the company H&S procedures are always being adhered to and reporting any issues to the Health and Safety Office
  • Maintaining 5s & housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace
